Moved here Last march, this park has. Been totally quiet since day one no rift raft. Park managers have really done a good job cleaning up the park. New Mobile. Ho.es available and fixer uppers , lot rent is fair. , very quiet community, cameras for protection. And lots of families with children, Jeff and Melissa park management are amazing.....
I love my new community. Owner/Management Team has been awesome and extremely helpful every step of the way. Currently still up and coming with renovations and adding new homes to mix. The vision is there and we are so happy to be a part of it.
WOW, 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the Railcats, 15 minutes to the Casino, 2 minutes to I-80. South Shore station and 8 different places to eat whithin a half mile from your front door. Grocery store and gas stations less than a mile away. Low lot fee, excellent staff, and very safe and friendly neighborhood. With the upcoming improvements the park has plans for, this place is only going to get better. Great place to live.
This park really made a lot of changes over time. This is a nice, clean and quiet park and my second time living in it. All good experiences for me and my children.
