BEWARE!! This place went without owners for years. A new corporation called ROOTS has bought it. They see all the people living here in this trailer park as numbers on paper. We went into the office today to talk to the maintenance and the manager named Tonya. She said when you live in a trailer you live under the “elements”. If your pipes freeze, that’s what happens when you live in a trailer. We pay over $1000 a month. We went 10 days without water. We have CHILDREN. Had to physically chase down the maintenance truck to get help. During this time we had a sick baby in the NICU AT THE HOSPITAL, DEALING WITH FROZEN PIPES AND THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGERS NOT ANSWERING US. They don’t answer the phones, they ignore you. The last maintenance people 3 years ago, used a rod in the ground to keep it from freezing but they had no idea what it was and say they couldn’t do it? Do NOT move in here. While ROOTS management group owns this place avoid at all costs. They don’t care about people, just $$$ and gathering rent without doing their part! Just read the other reviews, everything is truthful. The stray cats everywhere in the spring and summer. Last spring, there were cats getting smooshed in the road all over the place. I started collecting them myself and taking them to peoria Humane Society.

Lived here since 2018, the place is a wreck. Recently had it dubbed uninhabitable due to water being down for weeks, all over the park. No clue who the newest owners are. Lot rent was raised for whatever reason. I'm still paying a pet fee, even though I own my trailer and don't own animals that go outside to "damage the property", all indoor. I'm ready to leave this place behind forever.

I have lived here for about 13 years. Constantly changing managers. Just now getting a manager on Monday, as we have not had one for 2 months. They are raising lot rent and that's just ridiculous. They want to have rules for us but do not at all do their part.

I lived here around ten years ago management at that time Tammy and Brian we're absolutely horrible sold my girlfriend and I a home that they had no right to sell once the property was paid off and I got the title I had to contact the previous owner to have her sign off on it she said no got the cops involved resulted in us losing our home and the $15,500 we paid for it. I'm looking to move back to Peoria for my job and hear the new management is phenomenal. From the looks of the drive thru I did last week they have cleaned up very well and all the homes look brand new.

The property manager Mary is extremely amazing. Answered every question I had as fast as she could always went out her way to help me and make sure everything went smoothly. 10/10 highly recommend.!
