I'm a long term renter here and my stay has been quite pleasant. The centralized location on the peninsula makes everything a short drive in either direction so nothing is too far away. I've seen some staff changes but for the most part the staff is really helpful and accommodating, even actively working on and maintaining sites year round. I haven't had any issues with neighbors because each site is spacious. The bathroom and laundry room are kept clean and neat, but there's always going to be people that trash it. No problem, let them know at the Office and they will get right on it. Ameray and Matthew have been a real delight to conduct business with, and they have left an amazing impression on me. When I eventually move on for work, I will absolutely be staying here on return visits.

Stayed twice in the past 6 months. Nice park and has lots of space to easily back in your RV. They are adding power and water to their tent camping sites. Overall great experience so far.

Third winter staying here, great park and good location. Beach is close by, Nauti Beaver is walking distance. Staff is friendly and they keep the grounds in great shape. Beautiful sunsets over the pond!

This park hires drug addicts to manage the property that stay up till the crack of dawn blaring heavy metal and using power tools that echo across the lake, they overcharge, the office is so disorganized and never respond, the lawn care guy has no idea what he's doing and shot rocks into my camper and broke our windows on 3 separate occasions and they refuse to fix or help in any way. I could go on and on... Highly recommend you take your family and $ elsewhere.

Nice little campground with it's own pond and quick beach access. Big, grassy sites, although the roads could use a little grading. Close to the ferry to Galveston also, so great location and price!
