Peaceful manufactured home park, in the proximity of Plant City. Good, friendly management, Angie is a friendly dedicated manager she runs a tight ship! The park is updating it's property. Have a look if you want some country and clean air.
The grounds maintenance people claim to be the “owner”. As well as being racist and unfair to the tenants that live here and threatening to call ICE. They also took over the park and never gave anyone a new contract and raised the rent and water prices on everyone. Don’t ever give them a dime or second of yours.
Im currently being thrown out with my three children because my husband who is a disabled veteran who has mental conditions devends his daughter after being continuously is being bullied my the management son not to mention her husband who instigated a fight with my brother who was visiting. Everything was ok til it came to her child. 6000 they took from me just to be treated so unfair then when i contacted the owner was told i needed to come to the office and three way her. How professional so now im seeking legal action for the unjust treatment i have a few letters from other homeowners about everything that goes on lets see what an attorney can do about the unfair treatment.
Would be a nice neighborhood if the management where not so horrible. They are unfair and pick and choose what rules are to follow and who has to follow the rules. Very bias and unprofessional.
My grandma lives in Briarwood so that's the only thing I like about the park, people not watching their children and blocking the roads are what bumps the rating down.
