-
Varied Tiered Pricing for Campsites: The pricing model for campsites at Buck Lake Ranch reflects the amenities offered. Primitive tent sites are the most affordable, typically around $35 per night. Electric and water sites start from $35-$40, while full hook-up (W/E/S) sites are around $45-$60 per night. Seasonal sites are available for around $25 per night (plus electricity), offering significant savings for extended stays, which is a common form of "promotion" for long-term campers.
-
Range of Cabin Rental Prices: The cabins also come with a tiered pricing structure, ranging from "Standard Cabins" at $75 per night to a "Double Cabin" at $175 per night. This variety allows guests to choose an option that fits their budget and desired level of comfort, from rustic to more amenity-rich. The unique "ECO friendly home made 100% of plastic bottles" cabin at $120 per night offers a novel experience that can be considered a special offering in itself.
-
Inclusion of Entertainment in Stay: While specific concert tickets might be sold separately for major events, being a guest at the campground often means you are on-site for the unique atmosphere of "live music on some weekends" and special festivals like "Hippie Magic." The inclusion of this entertainment aspect with your camping stay adds significant value, transforming a simple camping trip into a cultural experience without additional travel. For example, Hippie Magic 2025 tickets range from $28.74 to $286.24 depending on the package, and being able to camp directly on-site during such events is a major benefit.
-
Group Site Options: Buck Lake Ranch offers a "Group Site" for up to 4 campers and 4 tents or 8 tents max, with a pavilion and group fire pit for $238 per night. This is a special offering for larger groups, providing a dedicated space and amenities that can be cost-effective when split among multiple families or friends.

Great people. Camp spots aren't too bad but it's riding the tails of a has been popular ranch, and charging way to much to be there.
Buck Lake Ranch is an awesome place to camp, they have an okay lake with good fishing and a small lake where kids can play and splash around, they have trails to walk and see nature, bring your own camper, tent, or rent a cabin, all great options. They also have events there like wedding's, concerts, and other social events, one such event is Hippie Magic, a throw back to the days ruled by peace, love, and tie-dye. All and all this place is a great place for a camping excursion.
No rooms but the campsites were nice on the lake. A little cramped but doable. Place is a little dated but still enjoyable. I understand there is a renewed interest by née management to bring back the glory days of live events. I would love to see that happen. Bring back the Nashville of the North. There is great potential there with the amphitheater landscape.
We won hippie fest tickets on the radio and attended for our first time. It was great. We had amazing cheap food at the Amish stand and the tai stand and watched the band until almost midnight. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. Some prices high but it comes with the experience. We also attended fireworks a few times here. Fun and comfortable
I've gone to Andyfest here for a few years now, and it's always been so much fun! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lake is just beautiful and the cabins are fairly comfortable. The captions cabin is a very big effecny perfect for a family trip, but bring your own bedding as none is provided. I actually like that. Seems more sanitary. The bathrooms are not bad at all for a camp site, electricity and running water, and the showers actually have great pressure and very hot water! Can't wait for next year!
