This high level of convenience makes it an excellent choice for those working in the area or needing quick access to city amenities. The well-maintained road network surrounding the park ensures that navigating to and from the site with an RV is generally straightforward. Based on customer reviews and the nature of its operation, Camp 10625 R.V. Park offers essential services primarily focused on providing a convenient and functional stay for RVers. While specific details on every amenity might not be exhaustive, the core services include:

  • Customer Service/Maintenance: The park has staff, such as "Jerry" mentioned in a review, who are responsive to issues like water valve problems, indicating a commitment to addressing immediate resident needs promptly. This level of customer service is a significant benefit.

  • Adult-Oriented Environment: A key aspect of the park's service model is its explicit policy against accommodating children, as noted in a customer review. This effectively creates an adult-only environment, which can be a preferred feature for some individuals seeking a quieter setting.

  • Proximity to Essentials: While not an on-site service, the park's location offers convenient access to external services such as multiple places to eat and grocery stores within a short driving distance, making daily living easier for residents.

It is crucial for prospective residents to understand the park's strict no-children policy, as it significantly impacts who can stay there. For those who fit the adult-only criteria, the responsive maintenance and good location stand out as valuable services.

Camp 10625 R.V. Park offers several key features and highlights that cater to its specific target audience and contribute to its suitability for many Texans, particularly those looking for a practical and adult-focused RV park:

  • Adult-Only Environment: This is arguably the most defining feature. The park has a strict policy against children, which creates a specific atmosphere. For many adult RVers, this translates to a quieter, more serene environment, free from the noise and activity often associated with family-friendly parks. This focus allows for a more relaxed and perhaps work-conducive setting.

  • Excellent Location for Convenience: Situated directly on Jacksboro Highway, the park boasts a "good location" that is "close to multiple places to eat" and has "grocery stores within 10 minutes." This accessibility is a major highlight, making daily errands, dining out, and commuting to work exceptionally convenient for residents.

  • Responsive Customer Service: Customer feedback specifically praises the "great customer service" and quick resolution of issues, citing an instance where a "water valve" problem was "taken care of right away" by staff. This level of attentiveness to resident needs is a significant positive feature.

  • Suitable for Work-Related Stays: One review explicitly mentions it as an "excellent place to work out of." This implies that the park's environment, amenities, and location make it well-suited for individuals who are temporarily in the area for work assignments or require a stable base for their job.

  • Straightforward and Functional: While not boasting extensive recreational facilities, the park's strength lies in providing a solid, functional place to park an RV with essential services. This no-frills approach can be a highlight for those who prefer simplicity and practicality over elaborate amenities.

These features collectively define Camp 10625 R.V. Park as a focused, adult-oriented, and convenient RV destination in Fort Worth.

I was just inquiring about an RV spot and was told that I couldn't bring my 9-year-old child there when I get him for my weekends and every other Wednesday visits. I told him that I wouldn't bring him very often or at all as I'm in a pinch to get into some more quick but he has zero tolerance I assume because he wouldn't stop about how I couldn't bring him there there was nothing for kids to do there. Before you rent a spot from this guy just keep in mind that kids are not allowed and he was definitely rude like everyone is saying....red flagsπŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘¦πŸ™…πŸš«πŸ˜’ πŸ˜‘ Responding to owner of RV park: It is accurate and I do not have any large dogs

The place is so cute. But our wagon so close to the freeway that the noise pollution kept ne awake the majority of the night.

Small quiet Park with level spots and plenty of space to walk any pets you may have. Great location with easy freeway access in close proximity to Lake Worth and Azle. The owner keeps the property well manicured, and is always easy to reach if you have any needs or questions. As far as the comment below regarding his being a little "douchey", if you consider a landlord that has a zero tolerance policy for drugs, theft, and/or violence "douchey" then he is the definition by far. I give 3.5 Stars only because there are no amenities whatsoever, or it would be a solid four stars.

Owner is a little douchey. Price is more than average. No amenities. Unlevel lots. But Very quiet neighbors. Overall would not stay here again if given the choice.
