Mark and Danny are phenomenal! They will help you with any needs in a very timely manner. The couple who run this place are very rude and unprofessional. We moved in around 8pm and by the morning had a note on the door to call and that it was important. So I called and the lady said we had to move our trailer by the next day because our trailer was unacceptable. I asked her what was wrong with it and she said "NOW I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU. JUST GET YOUR TRAILER AND GET ON DOWN THE ROAD!" I have never been treated so badly for no reason in my life.

Just visited with a friend who lives there. It is a nice park that once was a mobile home park turned into a RV park. The RVs are crammed into one another so there is not much space to park to visit a resident. Near the end I could smell a strong septic tank system oder and saw run off which Is against code. Would I live there?, No!
