Quiet, nice park, helpful Mgr, Brenda. NOTE: New Owners, with new rules! Lack of communication with new owners. Edit Update 7/17/2021. As I mentioned previously we have new owners, and some things have changed. Now we pay the water, and sewer fees, where as before we paid the water company direct, was no sewer bill, was included with rent. We also received an increase in rental fee. Trash pickup was included, however that could change in the future. We also had own on site park Manager, whereas now one needs to call a phone number to request an appointment. There are other changes, but one would expect changes from a new owner.
They need to do a lot of work before it could become a place with five stars. It's impossible for that to happen right now. I believe it can be done but they're not ready yet and they cannot charge people what they do for the properties or the lots that they have for sale. There's so many other places you can go to for such a better deal and I'm just being for real. I have 9.7 million viewers on my page again the place can upgrade but they're just not ready now I will keep my eye on
Rusty water, I have to get water delivery. No amenities. No trash service, it was taken away… the new owners put in dumpsters that the whole local area use as dumping ground, broken glass, smelly and extremely hazardous dump. Sink holes on main road have never been properly fixed. Still sinking.
Only 3 Stars but this place is a decent place to live. Quite & convenient location to all major HWYs. Yes, no pool but, the lot rent is probably the least expensive around. Plus, a lot of owners including myself are currently improving the homes that we recently purchased. As far as the meals on wheels and the ELDERLY that live here.....They ARE & DO CURRENTLY RECEIVE MEDICAL AND FOOD ASSISTANCE!!!..... FACTS NOT FICTION. I have lived here for 1 yr now
I think the public outcry is CLEAR - NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY OR MOVE HERE. They treat their residents as 2nd class citizens and have no compassion. Some elderly absolutely *need* the assistance of a food pantry. Some don't need it financially, but need Meals on Wheels because they have a hard time cooking every day, and only have helpers on some days. When you are 90, it's hard to stand for 30 minutes to prepare a full meal. These people are horrible. A resident should be able to have ANY service delivered to them. I can see rules about not allowing deliveries to be left on a porch, but it's none of the owner's business HOW the resident gets their food. They are WAY overstepping their bounds here. I hope they get sued big time.
