Stayed one night here while passing through. It was a memorable night due to nearby tornadoes and the sirens going off at night! Everything about this place was wonderful. The sites were great - level and well cared for. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the place was quiet. We wanted to sit outside but because of the storms we didn't want to set anything up on our site so we sat our chairs under the porch on the recroom and it worked out perfectly. Definitely recommend! Wouid stay again!
May 06, 2025 · Matt ColsonThis place was awesome. The staff were super polite helpful and friendly. We ran in the Cowtown marathon so this location was perfect just outside downtown area. Quite clean and no issues will be staying here again in the future.
Feb 24, 2025 · All-In WeldingEvery site has a level concrete pad. I stayed one night. My cable connection would not go on, so i went up and the very nice lady said she would send someone back. By the time I walked back a young man already had it connected. Very quick. I did take a morning shower. The showers were clean and water pressure was real good. But no onbe else was up so no one in laundry or showers. Im sur that even when others are useing water it is fine also. Overall a pleasant experience for me. I would definatly come back
Jan 04, 2025 · Roy ShipmanSo my most recent trip to the giant state of Texas was to look at and supposedly buy a used travel trailer from a local dealership to the area who will currently remain nameless until I find out if they are refunding my deposit or not. Suffice to say things did not go as planned and my in and out trip to Texas became more than a few days stay. Not wanting to try to boondock that long and hop around I looked for a local rv campground and as luck would have it this little gem was right up the road, had available spaces, dog friendly (very dog friendly there's like 4 separate fenced in dog runs), not cheap but not expensive, clean, friendly campers, friendly / kind / and very helpful staff. They let me extend my stay like 5 times lol and never got snippy about it. One of the maintenance staff on the golf cart was so friendly and helpful, he suggested other dealers, cautioned me about this one, led me to my site, helped me load and unload my generator, and suggested good spots to eat locally while I was in town. The dog runs were clean mostly. Clean laundry on site and showers / bathrooms. Power water sewer connections at every site. Free wifi which is slow or paid faster connection but I didn't try that I had decent cell reception. Only had one small issue while I was there which they quickly resolved I might add. They charged me for an extra day when I checked out by accident. I didn't catch it until the next day when I was already long gone. A quick phone call had a refund issued no stress at all. Takuto loved the dog runs and especially loved strolling around the park in the evenings. We both are going to miss this place. It just makes you feel comfy and homey vibes. If our travels ever bring us back to the area you can be sure we'll visit again. Definitely recommend this spot. 💜👾
Nov 19, 2024 · Mark ParrishThey were accommodating & had a spot available without prior reservations. Saw the highway sign & got off! Originally stayed for 2 nights but added another 2 to round out the weekend. Big spots for drive-thru rigs towing. Plenty of room for slide outs. We have 2 each side. Friendly place. Nice & quiet 🤫 😃 Not a Hotel... RV Park.
