We love Gina and Mike. Amazing caring genuine hearted family oriented people. They will go over and beyond to help you. We have lived in several other places (not good places) but this place takes the cake for being a great family place to stay short or long. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Plus playground, HOT HOT clean showers and a laundry room with a little library. We have been here almost a year if we had a problem Gina always takes care of it right than and there. We love them both it's why we have stayed here the longest ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Do not ever stop here if you are traveling. My husband and I came to help move a camper off the property after someone overdosed on their property and upon our arrival we were asked if we were thieves by who I can only presume is the property manager or owner. I've never had a more unprofessional, unpleasant encounter. If you have other options take them.

Rent for a month is $350, which is fair for staying in a pasture and bad gravel roads, mud to put the RV in. Then as my work is coming to an end the weekly rate turns out to be $175 a week. This forces you to pay a month if your unsure if you will be in the area for a week or maybe two. Just feel like they priced themselves out of my business.
