After moving in March we still have out shed in pieces in back yard with promises it will be put up and still isnt and still have no ac this place is not what is was made out to be promises that do not get filled but they still want rent when i have to pay $200 a month for storage because i cant keep things here and have to sweat inside because they slack on everything very disappointed with this whole park
This place is ridiculous. They say they got a park there they don't. There's no laundry room anymore and no trash . For 500 a month in lot rent you think you'd get some ammenities I'd rather spend a couple hundred more a month and have a landlord fix the trailer or issues.
I came to tour the community was looking for a used home there was none available but Rachel was very helpful on helping me look into financing. Very nice and clean property!
My mother lives in this park, the manager Heather is absolutely AMAZING and response time is almost instant! The grounds of the park are clean and very well groomed, the maintenance man also mows my mom’s yard as she can not move around very well. We are so appreciative of Heather & the Maintenance man who I believe his name is Derrick
Do not move here! They keep raising the rent. Adding in unneeded things such as mail boxes when we had a mail room! There is no amenities no park no pool and no guest parking yet we are told no street parking so where are visitors supposed to park?! They keep adding in unnecessary rules making this place feel like a HOA! Then they do things like turn the park water off without any warning! I was in the middle of a shower covered in soap! With places to go and no way to rinse myself off! When I called and text to complain no one answered the phone and no one responded to my text! I can’t wait until we’re able to move out of this park! At least when Heather was here you could get someone to reply or give a answer even if she couldn’t control when the problem was resolved!
