Well groomed camp area, tents only. Sites are close together. Nice playgrounds, both by the lake on opposite sides, connected by nice walkway across the dam. Restrooms are good and clean. Plenty of parking. There are many attractions around the lakes and reservoir. Many trails to enjoy while hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The equestrian riders have their own campground.
Apr 26, 2024 · Christopher SpencerDecent campground, would go back. Stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Plenty to walk around and do, fishing, hiking, open spaces for Frisbee or whatever. We were close to the group site so it got noisy but the camp staff fixed that the next day. Booking site is terrible and entrance was a little confusing but once you get there it's nice. Like others said, don't expect a hot shower or potable water or electricity. Cheap and nice.
Jun 21, 2025 · John HummaWent camping and had a great time! We only stayed for one night but the bathrooms were clean and the campsites were decent sizes. Only complaint is that none of the grates over the fire laid flat. We checked a few other sites too in case it was just ours. This made it difficult to heat up water for coffee/tea.
