I only deliver here, but the park is always clean and well-kept. Established park. Folks are always friendly. It's a place I'd consider if I had a mobile / manufactured home.
I have lived here almost 5 years now. Great place to live. The kids can go outside and play and I don't have to worry. What I love the most is anytime I have an issue with the house I can call the Maintenance Supervisor Adam and he always comes with in the hour and fixes whatever needs to be fixed or makes sure someone comes down. The landlord Jerry is always so nice and understanding of things.
El Chaparral Mobile Home Park is clean with nice landscaping throughout the park. I chose this park for my daughter to move to and not once have I regretted it. It's a SAFE place for her to live in a nice area of Texarkana. Jerry Chapman is the owner and he keeps a close eye on everything out there. Also, a big shout-out to Adam, Maintenance Supervisor, at the park. He takes care of anything you need done. He is fast, fair, and competent in whatever he does.
If Jerry discusses ANYTHING FINANCIAL with you, GET IT ALL IN WRITING ASAP! His quotes to me changed quickly and repeatedly. Better yet....find a better place to stay with an honest owner. I could not get out fast enough! IF you had a good experience with him, then that's good for you.....but don't negate other people's experiences with him. He has quite a reputation, as I found out too late. Just be careful.
