Customer Reviews
We booked our spot for our fifth wheel camper 4 months in advance planning to have a spot with a view of the river. We received confirmation that we had site 101. When we arrived we were given site 102 along with the previous tenant’s dog poop that was left behind. I was told that the road was too rough due to the flooding in April and that is why we were moved. Explain why there is someone else’s camper in spot 101? Why was the road not too rough for them? I was told they arrived the same day as we did. The picture is my view from my picnic table that’s supposed to be my great view. I also cleaned up the dog poop before they came to take care of that.
We enjoyed having the Mississippi River in our front yard, and watching the barges go by…very peaceful rv park. Last April, they did flood so they are still doing repairs. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time we are in Memphis.
Nice level concrete pad right on the river. Came here to watch river traffic and was not disappointed. Clean park not sure what the complaints were about the roads, they're fine. Plenty of space between sites, they're set up so your door side angles nicely for river views, will be back.
We stay hear every year while visiting family. They did a great job of recovering from the April 2025 floods. It's a beautiful location on the Mississippi River, close to everything and the owner is very friendly and accommodating.
Nice older RV Park on the Mississippi. Very quiet and peaceful. Concrete pads. Lots of river traffic to watch. Plenty of grassy area for walking.
