Wheel Estates About

For many residents across Tennessee, the search for a comfortable and affordable place to call home often leads to exploring various housing options beyond traditional single-family homes or apartments. Mobile home parks, also known as manufactured home communities, present a unique and often more budget-friendly solution. These communities offer the chance to own your home while leasing the land, providing a distinct lifestyle that can appeal to a wide range of individuals and families. In Memphis, a city rich in history and culture, Wheel Estates is one such mobile home park that serves as a housing option for local residents. This article aims to provide an overview of Wheel Estates, delving into its location, what it generally offers, and considerations for those in the Tennessee region looking into this type of living.

The concept of mobile home living has evolved significantly over the years. Modern manufactured homes are built to rigorous standards, offering comfortable and spacious living arrangements that can be a fantastic alternative for those seeking affordability and a sense of community. In Tennessee, where the cost of living can vary, manufactured home communities like Wheel Estates play an important role in providing accessible housing solutions. These communities often foster a unique neighborhood feel, where residents can enjoy a sense of camaraderie that might be less prevalent in other housing types.

Understanding the specifics of any community is vital when making a housing decision. While manufactured homes can offer a path to homeownership with lower initial costs and potentially reduced property taxes compared to site-built homes, it's essential for prospective residents to be fully aware of the park's rules and regulations, especially concerning occupancy and maintenance. The information provided by past residents, while offering a glimpse into real experiences, highlights the importance of thorough communication and clarification with management. Our goal here is to present a factual and informative picture of Wheel Estates Mobile Home Park, helping you determine if it aligns with your housing needs and expectations in Memphis.

For many, the appeal of a mobile home park lies in the balance it strikes between independent living and community support. Residents typically own their homes, allowing for personalization and investment, while the park management handles common area maintenance, which can reduce the burden of exterior upkeep. This can translate into a more relaxed lifestyle and predictable monthly housing expenses, which are significant benefits for many individuals and families navigating the housing market in Tennessee. Let's delve deeper into what Wheel Estates offers.

I'm late posting, tomorrow will be offically 30 days i moved into the park. but shockingly i'm told to move because i have unautorized occupants so my lease is offically terminated! well i have my 16 yr old daughter who's acting out with her mom satying with me until she can undersatnd her place is to be a child and understand she's a child, my brother who fell on hard times asked me can i get his four boys and keep them so they won't be in the system homeless until he gets back on his feet. I agreed so i kept the boys, my dad who has his own place with his gf lives downtown but due to he doesn't have a car and I work 12 hrs sometimes 7 daysa wk, I pay him to babysit and he goes home on my offdays. finally my bro who fell on hard times ask can he live with me for 2 mos, he wants to try to get himself a trailer at the park also o he can get his boys back, since i'm always at work or my girlfriend house, he can help dad watch the boys and he got a job down the street. I'm the oldest so if he works for 2 mos, stack his money... he will have exactly enough to get his own for his family. so i have 4 little boys in a room alone with bunkbeds 2 at the top 2 at the bottom, i have my dad in my spare room when he's there and the boys dad. my daughter who's always in my room because i'm never there she has a full room to herself. i was told i have 7 children living with me (lol 3 small boys and my 13 yrs old nephew shares a room) dad and brother share a room, daughter who really is there off and on because I have to be a role model and teaching her that she's just a child. so lets see... 3 bedroom 2 full bath house but i have to many people living with me??? really????? ok I will NOT BE PAYING APRIL RENT! I pray i find a place by the end of the mo but if i don't, I WILL NOT BE PAYING MAY RENT! I'm sure i'll go to court which is ok with me and I'm going to just ask for enough time to look for a new place because i have to many people with me, which is funny because all you really see is 4 little boys, my dad who so happen to be the babysitter, my daughter who is in her own space and my brother who finally got back on his feet so he can take his children back soon.

Stay away they treat there tenants like trash. They will lie add fees illegally and evict you without reasoning just because they want the unit back so they can jack up the price. Stay far away from these slums from the property manager to the owners all slums.

I read an article on how they are treating Ms. Mercedes Hubbard And the deplorable conditions that she and her children are forced to live in was evicted WRONGFULLY and these slum lords are HEARTLESS!! They make a prepared statement of “please call us” for ALL of the reviews , and when you do they don’t answer or hang up on you when you make your complaints. I’m filing a claim with the NAACP and the BBB TODAY!!
