This place just gets nicer every year. they're setting a lot of new mobile homes and some of the existing homes are really looking sharp. the people in the community couldn't be nicer! What a great place to live!

Clean all age park hidden in Beautiful Palm Harbor great school district affordable housing why rent an apartment when you can own a home here , lot rent is your water sewer and maintenance cheaper then renting apartment new homes available and park is updating

The staff here are GREAT, I lived down the road many many years back and this place didn't have a good rep, but the owners and people working here now are doing everything the can to make it better. The prices on lot rent are lower than most places, and as far as notices about violations, well, as with almost any property you rent, you need to keep it nice... I guess the people complaining just want to live in filth? But that is nolonger acceptable here and THAT makes it an amazing place to live!!!!! Just keep your property and home presentable... since when is that to much to ask? I've never lived in any rental where the landlord cleans my yard and outside mess, heck they even have a company come out and cut the grass which they do not have to do... I give this place 10 stars. Keep up the great work ❤️

The park is a nice Area. However, that’s where the praise ends. The park is poorly managed. The Manager shut the water off multiple times a year. They give no notice when the water will shut off and do not give a time when the water will be Restored. It’s difficult to get in contact with them about the water and if one does get in contact with them about it; they’re rude about the matter.

Poorly managed. The people who live here are nice. The management are struggling. My water is turned off to many times and there isn't anyone in the office to tell you why or when it will be turned back on. Really getting tired of wondering if I can do laundry, shower, do dishes or bathe my kids when I get home from a long day of work. If I could afford to leave, I would.
