The management is John and Sharon andthey are absolutely the best, and they are fully ADA compliant with State and Federal Law. They know and obey HIPPA and ADA requirements. They patrol the park and keep check on all the families on property. They are a God send. I have never seen a management team as suited as they are. Three (3) local Churches have recognized them for their hospitality and kindness and help to our community. Really good folks. And a safe place to live in peace im told from the people that live there. I know several of them personally. I spent hours out there. I have not camped or such in some time now, but I would stay there. Have a good and safe day God bless yall 🙏 Minister and chief of police retired After quite some time after original posting, I still absolutely stand by my original posting. John and Sharon, who run the park, are jems and really good people and willing to help all the people and make it a safe place and a safe space for individuals and families alike
The New owners and managers are White Supremaces, that do nothing about the Tweaker and Stalker behavior of the long term tenants ... While also keeping kids from playing outside, in claims that to not otherwise do so is a violation of the lease agreement, siteing Fake rules that were Never written in the contract... Hardly anything works including Electronic, Sewage, and the wifi that they charge you extra for, and if you dare ask them to Fix any of these problems thay will steel your rent money by have cops kick you out Right After paying all of next month's rent ... I would give them negative stars if I could 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 save yourselfs Don't Ever go here
