It is pretty quiet place been here two years , it is not kept up very well most of the time and the worst is trash from other trash cans blows down to the end like a tunnel in our yard and the train lol but if you don't mind that and the price good place to be at least no crime as long as I been here

Not kid friendly the owner lies about every thing they tells u and the prices of the homes are outrageous and the maint man suck he don't fix anything and the up keep of the park is horrible and the owner won't do nothing to fix the problems but they still want on money on the lot rent on the 1st of every month
