Awful experience! The maintenance guy (dont know his name) helped us park the rv but proceeded to scratch the camper top on the tree next to our lot. Sigh Then he was inside to help us problem solve why the fridge wasn't working and thought it would be a good idea to open the bathroom door AFTER my boyfriend told him I was in the bathroom and to not open the door TWICE, while I was doing my duty in there!!! Perv Their bathroom facilities were absolutely nasty and dirty, and bathrooms were NEVER clean, with no toilet paper, no paper towel, or hand dryer. OR EVEN SOAP!! The signs say to clean up after yourself because shes not the housekeeper or "your mom" (news flash, it's YOUR BUILDING, you should be at least keep it clean), AND how can we clean up what was never cleaned in the first place from everbody before me? No cleaning supplies, etc, to do so. I would have just for other peoples sake. Never went back in there again. Pool is not clean, constantly filthy, and left to rot. This same man told my boyfriend the pool wasn't working, but proceeded to tell ME (a female) that the pool was open and working... suspicious as heck! Never will return!

Jul 19, 2023 · Anthony TerrandoThe entrance is nice. Very Country feel to it. The office lady was delightful to talk to and lot priced is good. Sadly very trashy. Grounds not maintained. Sites are not full concrete or grass. Broken concrete and gravel. Disappointed too because I think it has a lot of great features/potential and my family would have liked it there.
Nov 20, 2020 · Tisha BurchfieldDONT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This place was a rip off. I was down in that area for a contract to work. They charged me a huge deposit and first months rent. My contract fell through by no fault of my own after a few days and they refused to refund my deposit or my remainder of the months rent. It is also an unkempt place and not in a very nice area. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Right is right, and they owe me money. If I could give this place a zero I would.
