Awful place to live. Rules only apply to specific people. Owner threatened to " pull my r.v. off the blocks", because I won't be intimidated by mangers unlawful term7nation of amenities. I'm an elderly, handicapped female, who lives alone, no family, no way to move, on fixed income. Shame on these people.

They are nice and reasonable with price but I recently moved to Dayton and store my rv there. I rented for three months and got things stolen off my brand new rv. I honestly did not like they had me store my rv to the back where grass was not cut and muddy when rained. I had to move my rv from there!

One of the best experiences iv ever had at a park, right next to awsome food and great fun, super nice and helpful staff and an all around great experience. Will plan to make this our stop every time passing through Dayton!

Conveniently located and easy to get to and management was extremely nice and helpful. We only stayed a night due to the noise of the trains. We are on 7/12 and working with no sleep would be an issue in the following time. Besides the train noise it would be perfectly fine. The price is good and everything else was also.

A very nice place to live. Management is great. It's quiet except the train that runs but I personally love the sound of trains. I find that very soothing. Rates are very competitive and the wifi that's included with your space rental is an added bonus!
