Customer Reviews
I'm a resident here for 10+ years.... The property manager Laura starts putting red door tags as soon as day 2 of lot being due.... Mind u we have until the 8th of every month but she starts day 2 with red door tags, 3rd day, 4th day, 5th day 6th day 7th day... at this point I'm feeling harassed by her ad RHP properties.... they don't think that not everyone's pay period I the same... mind u this company has a supposedly value of $7.01Billion dollars a year having properties in over 30 states.... this is unbelievable... crazy and I feel harassed
I called to get basic information about the park because I was considering moving there. The person I spoke with was very rude, would not answer any questions, said they had no homes for sale and hung on me.
Beautiful place to live but only if the review was about the property manager being nasty unprofessional rude and do not take accountability for her behavior I would give a -0
The area is quiet but parking isn't great and spaces in front of homes are shared. It would be nice to have designated parking spaces for residents and have those spots numbered to match lot number.
Very very poor customer service, and the rudest employees i have ever seen especially the "property manager" Wish i could give it a no star
