It’s a very quiet neighborhood not overcrowded, lawns are well taken care of. If any issues come up the management always sees way to take care of it.

Most of these homes are not owned by the park they are owned by the tenants. Lots of improvements have been made to the park appearance. Roads have been paved, new signage and landscape. Has been under new management since fall 2021. Managers are very responsive and address issues as they arise

Worst place i ever lived. Rules are not enforced. Loud music. There isva lease. But its not worth the paper its written on. Not a qiuet place to live. Disorder. In this park.
