Jenny is very considerate caring and she goes above and beyond to help all tenants also she’s a very timely person if her tenants need anything done and she has improved this community I must say in so many ways and I’ve known this community before and it really has upgraded and improve a lot

When I first applied, I encountered significant issues with the online application system, necessitating an in-person visit for assistance. While I was there, I noticed another individual experiencing similar online difficulties. Despite these initial hurdles, I proceeded with the process and was shown two different units. Given the urgency of securing housing before the school year begins, I was assured that a unit would be available to me soon. However, days passed without any update. Additionally, I was required to connect my bank account to your app and provide two pay stubs. This redundant requirement was concerning, as no other rental establishment has ever asked for both bank access and pay stubs. After fulfilling all requested documentation—including a background check, proof of income, bank records, and service animal documents—I was informed that further actions were required. By this point, I felt frustrated and misled by the repeated delays and additional demands. Ultimately, I decided to apply for housing elsewhere and was approved within hours. Me and my family have had issues with poor management in the past which is one of our reasons for relocating but when we met with her for our tour we were immediately sold. We haven’t met any other park manager that was as charismatic as her. Most of the time they are just money hungry and uninterested. Tracey gave us so much information and answered all of our questions (and trust me we asked alot) even down to the schools, restaurants and parks in the area. The amount of patience this woman has is incredible!!!. If you are looking for a spacious home with great management you should definitely choose this park. Our search is finally over!!!

Tracey gave us so much information and answered all of our questions (and trust me we asked alot) even down to the schools, restaurants and parks in the area. The amount of patience this woman has is incredible!!!. If you are looking for a spacious home with great management you should definitely choose this park. Our search is finally over!!!
