Stayed here for 3 months. The park is so clean. They are doing some construction but the park is still clean. As they improve, they will have laundry and a community room. Very quiet and respectful community. Dogs are allowed. Fairly priced. Close to shopping and jobs. The owners are great to talk to and will make sure accommodations are available. Full hook ups.
This RV park is located close to the city of Tomball just off of the Tomball Parkway (249). It is a small, gated park with trees. Each site has a mailbox available. The sites are level and have a good amount of space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
This is a really nice tucked away RV park right off of 249. It's small, and feels like a place outside of the city with trees and just a nice peaceful feel. Everyone there is pretty chill and I never had any problems with anyone. I really enjoyed my stay here - I actually rented a 5th wheel from the owners of the property. The landlords/owners, Ryan, and Lourdes are very friendly, helpful and always very responsive to any needs that arise. They are very fair and reasonable with everything. If I move back to the Houston area, I will 100% be seeing if there's any room there!
Beautiful park. Even though the freeway was right next to us, we couldn't hear it through the forest that surrounds the area. Quiet and peaceful. Each unit had its own mailbox, and Ryan and Lourdes (who run the park) were wonderful and kind. Definitely recommend.
Great experience staying here. Very clean and love the surroundings. Close to hwy 249 but tucked away from any noise. We will be back. Ryan and his wife were very helpful and friendly. 💛🚍
