I'm giving 2 stars because I do love the atmosphere here, but getting things fixed is a nightmare. Been here over a year and 1/2 of most important initial walk through repairs weren't done, put in an official work order, it's been over a month still not done. Not little things either i.e. fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, vent fans, mold, etc. When asked about info on repairs they use same excuse of I need to talk to higher ups. Also they raised rent $50 only 6 months after move in. They're saying their master electrician looked at my breaker box and everything was up to code, but the master electrician told me 3 things weren't wired correctly, it's so hot I can barely touch it, and it's crackling. No recompense offered. I can't run my heater without fear of it burning my house down and it's 53 degrees outside. Will probably update later.
