I cannot say enough positive things about Silver Valley Campsites. But even after extolling the virtues of their many amenities and advantages, the one characteristic that stands out above all others is the absolute attention to cleanliness. The restroom facilities were immaculate. They were well stocked and always clean. There is a laundry on premise, and an indoor pool complements the outdoor pool to ensure that swimming can be enjoyed year-round. There are many activities as well as hiking trails, and what we’ve loved most about it is how close it was to the Appalachian Trail. The staff, especially Jan, are friendly and helpful, and this is a trait that comes from Minnie’s (owner) strong leadership. This campground facility gets my Gold Standard five star review. I would stay at this campground again in a heartbeat. So should you!
May 18, 2025 · Nick GolowichWorst experience ever. Staff is very rude and racist. We were treated very poorly. We had rented some sites from Monday to Saturday but had to leave on Thursday due to Wednesdays storm. Trees were falling on top of our tents and they weren’t able to move us to safe place. We had to stay that Wednesday night in a hotel. The next day my entire group went back to get our stuff and the manager and owner were very rude and were making racial comments towards us.
Aug 15, 2025 · maria caranguiI completely loved this campground, the owners were very welcoming, the bathrooms were spotlessly clean, they have two pools, a sauna, gaming room, kids park and a lot more. It is definitely a place that we will come back
