Please beware before renting or buying from this community. This place is infested with feral cats. They will find their way underneath your home and the breeding begins. The cat fights underneath your home at 2am can be a bit disturbing. They will use your porch or your yard to defecate on. They find a way to get into trash bins and dumpsters to mutilate every trash bag, in hopes to find food. It’s quiet heart breaking. When speaking to staff about a solution, she said the real problem is the City of Wichita Falls and the ordinance in place for feral animals. She also stated that it’s much too time consuming and expensive to trap these feral cats to have them treated, spay or neutered and rehoused. I will give credit where credit is due and say that the place is looking better with each condemned mobile home removal. But, the mobile homes they are replacing them with are very low quality. Everything breaks so easily. The heating and cooling systems are very good though. I do not like false advertising… and on their main website (please see attached imagine from their official website) it shows the amenities they have on site are a clubhouse, swimming pool, playground and community hosted events. I inquired about the clubhouse, in hopes to use/rent for a family gathering, but was told it was no longer available due to needed repairs. Also, I’m not sure what defines a playground, but the janky slide and broken swing is far from what most would consider a playground. There is an underground pool, but it has been covered by a tarp and seems to be a popular hang out for the neighborhood cats. The stagnant water that collects on the top of the tarp has become a good source of water they’re able to get to.
there is not right to fix the floor before i moved in and found out there is find more there is floor has weak and feel like go fall down from master bathroom and master bedroom. im not happy about this. i want to move new one more neat .. i have saved the pics before and after . i cant believe that i got blinded by old landlord in 2019 ..
I moved in with a $1400 deposit to rent to own a mobile home there. My monthly lease payment was agreed upon.. The manager there keep.changing my monthly lease payment each month. Their maintenance man lived near me. He drove around the property drinking open 40oz malt liquors. This maintenance man fought w his wife, who had had a stroke, every evening. I was evicted from my rent to.own place for puting up a sign saying they disrespected veterans such as me. I knew of several people who moved from.Sunnyvale unhappy with their management . Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these crooks.
Since there has been a change in staff this place is slowly becoming a nice place. Most of the residents are respectful and it’s nice to live in a community that pays attention for kids. Even better that our community has some residents that record to keep it safe. Thanks to our new community manager and her assistant for giving us a little more peace of mind!
The girl in the office are the best I've ever dealt with. Moving from cali has been stressful and in anyways they can help they have done it. They are quick to answer my million questions and were friendly everytime. I have nothing to complain. I can't wait to actually move in to see how the community is.
