This is a quiet, nice place to live. The manager does an excellent job of controlling what goes on here. The grounds are well kept and improving daily. Lots of work being done to make things more attractive. The folks who live here are polite and friendly and make good neighbors. No loud music or traffic thru the park at night. Quiet country setting with lots of big shade trees. A great place for the kids with a large open recreation area. We just love it here and plan to stay a long time. Rent to own in five years at a very reasonable rate. The manager is great and always trying to make things better. If you have a problem just call her and she will fix it right away. She has a regular team working here all the time. She lives here too and cares about what goes on. A+++
My dad lives here. I've had people let us know there are Crack dealers a few doors down and one of the neighbors came over once and gave him bed bugs which are a pain to get rid of. There's also an over abundance of strays which I don't hate cause I love animals it just makes me sad hahah.
Awesome manager. Is very punctual and possesses excellent character. We purchased a mobile home and she took care of all the paperwork and thoroughly explained the rules and regulations. The park appears clean and well kept. Thank you Becky, you are a real gem!
Old homes, maintenance does temporary fixes, trim doesn't match. Just very neglected.
Did an event here for National neighborhood night out. It was the funnest thing I've been to in a long time, and it will come to more things they have.
