Great RV Campground - off the direct river to stay out of the way of the weekend party crowds, yet close enough for easy river access. Most reasonably priced sites around. Chosen initially to avoid possible tree damage (it IS Oklahoma), but especially happy with the vibes. Coffee available from the Queen Barista Kate and very responsive management and host.

We had a great experience here. The owners were great, the ease of access was excellent, and our neighbor and camp host were both very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better first RV experience.

We came to Tahlequah for the river rafting. FORTUNATELY the rafting place didn't take RVs. That's how we got to Travelin Joe's. Very nice people during the reservations. And once we got here their grounds keeper (for lack of a better word) was super nice and helpful! (RV newbies) And their coffee at the coffee shop was really good! We can't wait to come back and see the progress yall have planned!

Disappointed. We booked this place for the specific reason of having a dog park, but there isn't one!!! Coffee shop closed for the season, no tables or fire rings. Definitely not worth $50/night! (You can stay at MarVal for that.) Updated info & pictures definitely need to be added to campspot for booking. The good- spots are big and mostly level. Full hook up are nice, and park is easy to get in and out of.
