We have just moved here and its under new ownership with great ideas! I cant wait to see whats next here! We love the quiet considering where we moved here from. Come see for yourself! They have places with rent to own opportunities! Anita is a great lady and was and is very friendly and can answer any questions. The maintenance crew are willing to help if they can. Certainly worth a look 😊
This is one of the dumpiest mobile home parks in the state of Illinois. I have never seen such bad roads in my life. The owner appears not to spend any money on the park but loves taking money in. The electricity was jerry rigged in our mobile home, the furnace didn't work, we've had no air conditioner & our water heater quit working right after moving in. Seems to me it should have all been checked before selling it to us. After we signed the papers the manager said "you bought it as is" so you are responsible!! The only good part is it feels like being in the country at night time.
I drove through just to see if its worthy and livable place looks like a trailer park grave yard. Trailers are busted up and ran down some are missing windows. looks like some were used as scrap and parts to build a Frankenstein trailer. No joke see for your self. I would not live here.
I lived here for around 15 years it use to be great with owners coming and going it has got so bad these new owners has raised the lot rent with promises and is now charging for water instead of including it the roads r so bad that my struts r now bad i hit a pot hole doing 5 mph and broke stuff u can not sit out side for more then 5 min. Mosquitos will eat u alive they do not have guys spraying mosquitos like previous owners did all they r doing is moving trailers in and nothing else this place sucks and i hope the owners get wt. They deserve o and the changed the name to universty flats u will never get a college kid to move here and now u can almost rent a appartment for what they charge in lot rent its rediculess i sold them a 77 flamingo trailer last year for 800 they half assed the work and sold it for 18500 who in there right mind would buy that junk for 20000 they r only out for money and dont care about the people who live here
I give this place no stars the roads are horrible and keep tearing up my cars haven't even been here a year and the trailer is falling apart the floors r all coming apart my furnace is broke my roof is leaking only gives me a spot for half of a vehicle. The only good thing about this place is that it's quiet.
