Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park provides essential services designed to support long-term mobile home and camper living. While specific details can vary, typical services available at such a community generally include:
- Mobile Home Lot Rentals: The primary service involves providing rented lots for mobile homes. These lots are equipped with necessary utility connections for residents to place their manufactured homes.
- Long-Term Camper Sites: The park also offers dedicated long-term sites for pull-behind campers. These sites typically include electric, water, and sewer hook-ups, catering to those who prefer extended stays in their RVs. It is important to note that, as of available information, the park may not accept motorhomes for these long-term sites.
- Utility Hookups: For both mobile home lots and long-term camper sites, residents can expect access to essential utilities such as electricity, water, and sewer connections. These are fundamental for comfortable and functional living in a mobile home or RV.
- On-Site Management: The presence of an office (Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park Office) suggests on-site or readily accessible management. This provides a direct point of contact for residents regarding their tenancy, maintenance issues, or community inquiries.
- Pet Policy: The park allows pets, typically with certain restrictions on size (e.g., max weight 25 lbs each), number (e.g., limit 2), and breed (non-aggressive breeds, with specific exclusions like pitbulls, huskies, rottweilers, etc.). There may also be associated pet fees and monthly pet rent.
- Parking: Off-street parking is generally available at individual lots or within the park, providing convenient and secure parking for residents' vehicles.
- Community Amenities (where applicable): While the primary focus is on individual lots, some mobile home parks may offer shared amenities like laundry facilities or common outdoor spaces, which contribute to the community feel. Specific offerings would need to be confirmed directly with the park office.
Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park, as a dedicated long-term residential community in Rantoul, offers several features and highlights that make it a notable option for Illinois locals:

While individual experiences and opinions about community standards can vary, the core features of Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park revolve around providing a functional and accessible long-term residential solution for mobile home and specific RV owners in Central Illinois.
Given that Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park operates as a long-term residential community for mobile homes and specific RVs, rather than a transient campground, it is generally less common for them to advertise short-term "promotions" or "special offers" in the traditional sense. Their offerings are typically focused on the terms and conditions of long-term lot leases.
However, prospective residents in Illinois who are considering Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park for their long-term living needs should always:
- Directly Inquire About Lot Rent and Lease Terms: The most important "offer" will be the monthly or annual lot rent, and any associated lease terms. Contacting the park office directly via phone is the best way to get the most current and accurate pricing information, as well as details on what is included (e.g., utilities, specific amenities).
- Ask About Long-Term Commitments: Sometimes, mobile home parks may offer slightly more favorable rates or incentives for residents who commit to longer lease agreements. It's always worth asking if there are any benefits to signing a multi-year lease versus a month-to-month agreement.
- Inquire About Home Sales or Rentals: If the park facilitates the sale of mobile homes on-site, or if they have any park-owned homes available for rent, there might be specific terms or incentives related to these transactions.
The value proposition at Fountain Valley Mobile Home Park typically centers on its long-term residency model, its location, and the availability of essential hookups for mobile homes and specific RVs. Therefore, any "special offers" would likely be embedded within the structure of their rental agreements for residential lots. Direct communication with the park office is crucial for obtaining comprehensive details relevant to your specific situation.

Customer Reviews
Very nasty trailers, infested with mice, no yard space and neighbors allow pets to poop in your yard, alot a cats getting under your trailer and I would not recommend living in this trailer park. Lot rent to high for the conditions. Community center mice infested and they have a rabbit inside urinating and pooping on the floor very unsanitary.
Norma has been nothing short of a great owner/manager. She has been very supportive and helpful with the obstacles that I have been going through. I have nothing but respect for her. She's made this mobile home community a nice place to live.
I know the owner personally and some of her family. She sees it's neat. Has a community place for food exchange and books and magazines. Quiet calm place to visit and even party! They also have a free table for clothes exchange and sometimes appliances and furniture. God bless this place!
The place is normally quiet. Sometimes new rental tenants can get loud. It not very often. If you treat the park manager with respect. She will give it in return. I have lived here past 20 years and have always been treated nice by her.
