Customer Reviews
The streets are now in disrepair. It's very tough to get anything done out here. I always hear "it's on the list". Always!! Staff is not managing this park very well at all. Lot rent keeps going up and management has dropped tremendously! Good luck if you plan to move here.
Gang stalking very know here be careful not to share your personal life with people at this trailer park they will wash you like a hawk
I recently worked with a buyer to purchase a home in this mobile home park. The experience was very smooth. If you’re looking for a real estate agent that communicate quickly and smoothly, and you were looking for a home in Liberty Estates, that is being sold by an individual, let me help you. I feel very experienced and can get you in a property quickly. Plus, the ownership communicates quickly, and has a good reputation with many of the current individuals who live there.
This place is not my favorite place to live but can't afford to move my house somewhere else. They do nothing for you!!! They won't even cut a limb off your tree. Rent keeps going by leaps & bounds. Mailboxes are in a locked room & if door is broken you have no choice but to wait until they fix it. When we first moved in it was mostly older people & very quiet. Now they are moving in more houses in with kids & it's noisy. The kids run around with no adult supervision. The speed limit is 15mph & some cars go as fast as they want. I seen one truck almost hit 2 girls & they were on the side of the road. Eventually there will be a child killed if people don't obey the limit!!!! I Don't recommend moving in here!
I wouldn't even give it one star. SCAMMERS use caution when dealing with the property management that runs this and 13 other trailer parks around the Champaign County Illinois area. Make sure you have a lawyer review all paperwork when dealing with this company. They allowed a rent to own on a condemned trailer and tried to lie and say he had no authority to sell anyplace in the park. But he turned in all my paperwork so they had knowledge of the sale, and after 9½ months still can't produce a title but claim they have a bill of sale. Even after numerous attempts of complaints and offers to buy other places they ignored our pleas to get out of black mold, having no heat or hot water as wells as shorting out outlets and switches that are fire hazards. Amongst many of other problems that were ignored.
