They sold as trailer fixer upper they said Fully gutted what we saw. The first daycare the water heater blew up. Well the guy put it in wrong so it leaked enough to spread mold all under our bathroom the toilet starts to sink . Wr had no heat this past winter just a couple of space heaters

Trailer park is full of issues. Park manager is neglectful and doesn't care if you have an issue. Shes only available 3 days a week and even then is hard to get ahold of or get answers from. If you're not that desperate stay away from this place
