This is the WORST place to live. Do Not Buy a Home here!🗣 Dont bother calling for help even the emergency line. You better have connections or know how. All they care about is fixing and selling sub par mh. The maintenance is a joke. Barely see them around only to shovel, clear leaves and tear down old homes that are eye sores. Secretary always means to call but DEFINITELY calls if its for the rent. Compare it to any nicer park in town or in Rockford. Sure you pay double in lot rent but you see the difference as soon as you drive in. Its managed correctly!! Neighbors are probably nicer too!
The new management takes great pride in the park and Karan, one of the owners is personally invested in doing the work and invests his own time in improving the park. Renovated office and several units. Fair rent.
Took a while to get an appointment. Only had 3 trailers to view. Pleasant staff.
I have lived here for 5 years. I love my street. I love my house. I enjoy most of my neighbors. The manager and assistant manager are both absolutely wonderful. My street is clean and quiet. I feel safe and comfortable. I love living here!
This mobile home park is not only affordable, but the community is much like a gated community. Nice neighborhood, great people. Managers are amazing with the process and paperwork. They strive for a safer neighborhood. Always making improvements.
