I had the priviledge of staying at this wonderful RV park for almost one year as I was working in the area and visting with my children and grandchildren. Thomas ( owner ) and his family and workers are kind, responsive, and caring ! My site was in a perfect location and I felt safe and had easy access to the shower house as needed and the location is perfect to get to the interstate for any travels. It is such a pretty walk around the campsite with trees and a small stream at the back of the park. I was so grateful to have had such a wonderful year there and also as my first experience with living in a camper. My schedule has changed which is why I am no longer there and has nothing to do with the setting. You will not be disappointed to make this RV park your "second home" whether staying one night or many more!

Great spot to layover heading down the the panhandle. Plenty to do in the area and just a stones throw from Bucees. Sites could use a little upkeep as some are a little rough. Friendly owners who are very accommodating too. Check them out!

We stayed here twice, traveling to and from New Orleans. We had site K, which is a pull thru for our 40' motorhome. We had plenty of room. We were greeted by a friendly person who showed us to our site. The sewer connection did not have a screw on adapter, so have a donut.

Made a reservation, as a transient. $56 for 1 night!!!!!! This park, in winter, apparently they caters to long term visitors. Upon our arrived, there's a gate. We called the number and were told to check our text. We were informed that the text was sent and that it contains the map, entry codes and wifi codes. We never received a text!!! We drove around the campground and got rightly upset. Noone to even welcome you! My husband got so frustrated that he parked and finally found a young man, who stated they sent me a text. Took out phone to prove they never did. He said I didn't need to prove anything to him. He had the wrong phone number. Lord only knows who recieved our information! He took the time to take right number to text us, we have yet to receive that text. Not a very friendly environment for $56 bucks for 1 night. Highly recommend staying at a Cracker Barrel and eating $56 worth of food and overnight in their parking lot versus staying here. Very disappointing. Very unfair after traveling almost 500 miles.
