WE LOVE LIVING HERE! Great place for college kids, it is close enough to campus but feels very homey! They work really well with you! They have a fire pit by the pond that is a great amenity!
We worked with Logan to secure a place for our Auburn freshman and the process has been seamless. The whole team is very knowledgeable and helped guide us from selecting a lot to purchasing a home for our student. Since the move in date, Logan and the team have been very helpful and extremely responsive to any questions or needs we have had. We could not have asked for a better experience thus far. The Farm at Sandollar is a beautiful, nicely appointed community.
My daughter moved into Sandollar as she was starting vet school. The place has been great for her! The peaceful and maintained surroundings have provided a tranquil and safe environment to focus on her studies. The friendly community of neighbors and the attentive park management have made her feel right at home. It has been a great place to start the exciting journey through vet school.
As a parent of a new out of state vet student , I count myself lucky to have stumbled across Legacy Homes and count Logan as family now. He walked us painlessly through the process and painstakingly made sure everything has been perfect for our daughter. The park is beautiful and quiet with a remote feel but so close to school and town. We love it as does our daughter - Sandollar is the Best!
Sandollar is the best place to live, especially for a college student! No matter what problems we have, Logan and his team are here to fix them within the next 24 hours. I also feel very safe out here! It’s quiet and everyone is so nice!
