We moved in back in October of 2023 and have loved every minute of living here. Staff is very kind and are very helpful if you have any issues. They maintain our home and do it within a very timely manner. Cambio Communities and Casey have done an amazing job and deserve ever star on this review :)

We lived here for a year and we rented. Management has changed things around a bit since we moved in... not sure if you can rent here now or only buy. They are stickers for their rules which is good and bad... they write you up pretty easily on petty things but it keeps the place looking good. Good place to not share walls and have a yard.
There's been a change in management and she seems to be very professional and quick about things. I feel its only fair I edit my review. She had said she'd try to get us into a new unit so proper repairs could be done on the one we were in. Previous to employee/management changes, nothing got done and we were moved into a unit before inspections were actually completed (confirmed by a maintenance employee at the time). My wife and I were desperate to move out but now we're considering extending our lease. I'll update this as it seems fit later down the road. Update: Fights in the neighborhood are more frequent. New tenants moving in are undesirable. We'd like to have a child and this is no longer the community for it. We're leaving- I'm starting to dry heave only at home. It could be anything. Mold, mites, etc. We drove through to visit some friends this April of '21 and they're tearing the trailer down. Hopefully the new units provide someone a better experience.
