The manager and assistant are amazing. We lived here a few years ago and moved out of state. Then came back to Michigan. I got a hold of Katti and Brittany praying that they had an opening. They went above and beyond to get us in a home. They knew our situation and were so great about it. Also anytime I call as we have a problem they are always great and get maintenance here. They address issues very well and make sure that it gets done.

Brittnay and (Katy or Katty I think) were awesome! The park is clean and you can really tell that they have a lot of pride in what they do. They didn't have anything small enough for me but if you're looking to move into a starter home, they have what you need!

Beyond Angry. I applied and was approved, i was supposed to move in by the end of October 2024. Asked for specific paperwork and it took so long they gave away my original Trailer. They offered me another one and i gladly accepted it even though they were working on it. After a few days to a week, i call for an update to which i was told several things from October 2024 uptil March of 2025. No one ever reaches out like they are supposed to no matter the amount of emails, voicemails i leave and calls i make to them. I asked if i would have to reapply and pay $100 for application fees for a place thats available immediately to which Brittany said "Ill call my manager and get an answer as soon as i ger off the phone with you. I will call you back as soon as i have an answer" that was weeks ago.

Awesome community! It's amazing to see how far it has come in the last five years - I hardly recognize it. The manager, Katti, is always pleasant and ready to help with whatever I need.

The manager and assistant manager are very unprofessional and money hungry. I signed a lease in September, they told me I’d be able to move in a week later and after that I kept hearing the same excuse. “Where fixing it” where cleaning it out and bombing it. To not end up getting keys till the end of October. Anyway I chose not to go through with the moving process because as I kept getting the run around one day they left the door wide open over the weekend and we go in there it’s infested with roaches, live and dead roaches. Now where in November never lived there and no longer plan to and I’m still waiting on my deposit back. I’ve called and again they keep giving me the run around ,”next week, it’s a process blah blah. There very unprofessional, infested with roaches and when they bomb there doing one house at a time and transferring roaches to other trailers who doesn’t have them. I’ve called and been patient but they’re good at giving you the run around. I also know someone who’s lived there owned her trailer and has been out for a year and still hasn’t gotten her deposit back either. It a shit show in them trailer parks and they need to be fired and corporate needs to investigate what the managers are doing
