Customer Reviews
I can NEVER get a hold of anyone. My boyfriend and I had applied here, and it’s been six months without a reply. I’ve went to the office and called several times, it seems like they’re just taking everyone’s application fees. I’d like a number for HR. If anyone has that, please provide it. I’ve never seen management be so poor, it’s disgusting. They have ten new trailers being put in. But if your manager isn’t there or answering calls when the office is open, what are they being paid for.
I live here and this place is a total joke. The manager now is the maintenance guy that doesn't do his job even though he lives on site. has lost money orders and checks for lot rent, does not answer the phone and avoids everyone here as much as he possibly can, does not stick to his word when you actually get the chance to talk to him and turns in lot rent payments late even though it was on time and then tries to charge you a late fee. I would not recommend that anyone try to get a home here this place is straight ridiculous.
I live in Clinton County in kristana mobile home Baker Estates runs our trailer park they lose money orders they don't fix anything can't never get a hold of anybody my water pipe has been rusted out and it's separated at the nozzle where it goes into the crook right before my meter it's been like that since before 4th of July nothing's been done there are squatters staying in the abandoned trailers I haven't seen anybody from the trailer park that works here or supposably works here in going on 4 months thousands of voicemails left to Denmark Baker Estates and the christanna phone number with no return calls but they can send an eviction letter because the manager lost my money order very poor management should not be the manager of a company if they cannot return calls or do anything to better the community
Can't never find out who's in charge, nothing gets done.dont have a very big yard,. Good people lives their for the most part.
I give it a two because I've called several times and it says within 2 days while it's been over two days and I don't know if that's the sign that you don't have any trailers available but it'd be courteous to let people just give him a shout back you know let him know no we don't have any trailers available so I don't know if they've been out sick I went there one day that somebody was in the office it says you only buy appointments only so I'm like well and I called then but nobody answered be there so it is what it is
