Hi my name is percilla Bishop and I'm using under my mom Paula Anzaldua email because cannot figure out how to change it but anyway My Landlord David is a very nice and respectful man and he will work with anyone about rent! He been doing it for me for 4 years and counting! David is very helpful and he not ever evicted me even though there's numerous occasions where he could have anyway I recommend him as a landlord and I am very Thankful for him to be my Landlord for myself and my whole family and kids of mines!

The owner is only interested in the dollar! My husband put a deposit down to hold a spot and the owner completely disregarded it and rented the spot out from under him. And this was with the owner knowing he was on his way and his truck broke down, causing him to be little later than intended. I suggest finding a different place to stay! I wouldn't even give it one star but it wouldn't let me post without it.
