  • Accommodations: Depending on the program or rental, accommodation types can include cabins, dormitory-style lodging, and potentially some simpler camping setups for specific events like an "Overnight Campout" during summer sessions.

  • Food Service: Meals are typically provided for campers and retreat guests, often served family-style with kid-friendly options and healthy alternatives like a salad bar.

Promotions or Special Offers

As a faith-based organization, Bear Creek Camp prioritizes accessibility and community support, which is reflected in its approach to pricing and assistance rather than typical commercial promotions.

  • Tiered Pricing Structure: To make camp accessible to families with varying financial capacities, Bear Creek Camp utilizes a voluntary tiered pricing system (Tier A - Subsidized, Tier B - Direct Cost, Tier C - True Cost). This allows families to choose a rate that aligns with their financial means, without impacting the quality of the camp experience.

  • Campership Funds: Thanks to generous donors, additional "campership funds" are available for those who need further financial assistance. Campers are encouraged to inquire about these funds directly and also to speak with their local congregations, as many churches offer support for camp fees.

  • Sibling Discount: The camp offers a discount for families sending multiple children. Typically, the first camper pays full price, and each additional camper from the same household receives a discount (e.g., $50 credit for summer camp registration).

  • Bring-a-Friend Discount: To encourage new participation, Bear Creek Camp provides an incentive for current or previous campers to refer new-to-camp friends. For each new friend who signs up, the referring camper may receive a credit (e.g., $100 credit on summer camp registration).

  • Group Rental Discounts: For larger groups renting the facilities, the camp may offer percentage-based discounts based on the number of participants. Referrals for new groups may also be rewarded with discounts on future retreats.

For the most current and specific details on pricing, financial assistance, and any current discounts, it is highly recommended to visit the official Bear Creek Camp website or contact them directly.
