Good place to rent from . Park has been under new management and they have brought In new homes, paved the streets, and also putting in parking pads for each home. The lot rent here is reasonable and lots are big that you are not crammed on your neighbors. Good people in the subdivision and safe place to rent or bring In your on home . Angel and katidra are the leasing agents for Cayman Bay and Bel Air located on Napier Field Rd in Dothan. Give them a call so they can get you into one of their rentals or lease you a place to place your home on.

Ms Katrida is the best. Helpful in any and every way possible. Very easy to communicate with, rather via phone or email. Pretty decent property. Mostly new homes, clean and quiet. Close to most convenient places.

Property management was Horrible ofcourse! Ha ha whatever the property manger at the time. Got mad cause we didn’t say hey to him, while in the middle of a sell! An tried his hardest to evict after off his ego being hurt ! Anywho beware of theses predators. Seen em prey on multiple peoples down fall!
