Scotty the park host and his wife Brandy made us feel like family!! The cabin was the perfect cozy size for our family so much so we extended our 2 night stay to a 3 night!! We ended up kayaking and Frank the gentleman who gets you set up was so kind and helpful!! It was the perfect Mother's Day weekend!! We laughed, ate and made some unforgettable memories!! We can not wait to come back!!
Great little cabin in a quiet and beautiful area. Short walk down the hill to the lake and the lake is beautiful. Within a half hour of Nacogdoches or Lufkin so city/town things to do are still easily accessible. Great service is provided and helped us readily fix a booking mistake when we realized it had happened. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!
Amazing owner. He has a great RV park and keeps it clean. Washer and dryer a great amenity I would highly recommend anyone to stay here
Wonderful RV Park and Tiny Home. It has covered parking for RVs and laundry mat on site with brand new washer and dryers. Gated community You can see the Angelina River from the RV Park. Within walking distance of the boat ramp, fire department, and the Kingtown Landing Store and Liquor Store. (Yes a liquor store located between Etoile and Woden) People are very friendly and they make you feel very welcome and treat you like family. I absolutely love this place. It's off the highway so it's nice, quiet, and peaceful. Sunrises and Sunsets are breath taking. Highly Recommend for extended stay.
We stayed for 2 nights in this campground while traveling. The pictures of the place and previous reviews mislead us! The entire campground surface is covered with ground tire which is awful. We have dogs, taking them out was a nightmare! If I could I would give negative score for this place. 🥹
