Moved here in August of 2023 to finish nursing school as part of a scholarship in my company! Outside of not following through with things like promises of having storm doors placed that was supposed to be done when I moved in, as my home was brand new! Now causing water to leak into the brand new floors when it rains and hoping I am not held responsible for the damages. 2 management have left since I moved here. There is no communication as to any changes when new management take over or leave. I contacted the current manager Jennifer twice and now her supervisor Kate before I could finally get another garbage can as they changed garbage companies, we were notified a day in advance. Don’t let your child fall at the playground and get a concussion because then you will start getting park violation notices over a dandelion weed growing in your yard regardless of the heat index being over 100 F all week. Yet the remainder of the grass is down to the dirt. Be careful here if they see an opportunity to harass you to try to get you move out so they can raise the rent cost of the property they will. It’s clearly all about money here and they don’t care about you or your children! After speaking to the manager about the lawn issue including the photos showing the grass as I was confused what the issue was and my son had been mowing the lawn every few days, including the part of yard past our sidewalk where the village signs are all year, I was told if I don’t like the rules, I could move! This is how you get treated by the current manager. All they care about is money and yet they won’t follow through on maintenance promises they make on their end. I have never in my 25 years as a renter had such terrible experiences as I have living here. And I moved here from living in my last residence over 5 years. This one not even been a full year yet!

May 10, 2025 · Daniel DonaldsonJust moved here & instantly regret it 100%. The ladies in the office are rude and VERY unprofessional. It does not matter if tenants are upset and have an attitude you shouldn’t be unprofessional. I don’t want to have to take this to social media but I have HUGE platforms that I’m willing to use. My name is Morgan and I won’t be quiet about this at all. Those ladies in the office are a piece of work. I have it all on video the way I was being talked to and treated. They are basically refusing to come and finish work I’ve requested and we have many complaints we are going to file. We don’t plan on staying the entire lease term. These women don’t know who they’re screwing over and don’t get it twisted it’s NOTHING to pay that lease break fee it’s the fact that we just moved homes and are literally tired and don’t want to deal with the extra BS. The home is beautiful a few things need to be done BUT the management has completely ruined this entire experience for us and I’m done playing nice now.
Mar 05, 2025 · Mila KaeI filled out all the paperwork some of 2-3 times because the manager lost it. Was sent papers saying I was approved so she had me bring up my down payment and rent, then they kept my money for just over 2 weeks then all the sudden no more contact and all I got was a text saying now I couldn't have it so I checked the sight and my trailer was marked up another $6,000 and put on the market
Mar 27, 2025 · Dana PeecherThe placements I looked at for 1200 plus utilities was unsanitary. Tub was not clean. Floors not clean. But they showed it anyway. Tiny bedrooms. The fact that they are ok showing a dirty place says a lot about how they operate. What idiot would pay . 1200 to live in a trailer park. It’s not advertised as a trailer park. Or I would not have wasted my battery driving out there …. Clueless manager claimed she Dn knw how far it is from Downtown. That should have been my red flag. To cancel. Nein. Nein. Nein.
