Services Offered

Black Oak RV Park offers a range of services designed to provide a comfortable and engaging experience for RV campers, particularly families. Based on customer reviews, here's an overview of what you can expect:

  • RV Sites with Hookups: The park accommodates RVs, and while specific hookup details (e.g., 30/50 amp, sewer) aren't listed, it's implied by "RV Park" designation and customer stays. One note is that sites are "asphalt, but not very level. You must use their boards between the asphalt and your equipment."
  • Restrooms: Restrooms are available, though they are "only open until 8:00 pm," which is a consideration for late-night needs.
  • No Shower House: It's explicitly stated there is "no shower house," so RVers should plan to use their own onboard facilities.
  • On-Site Store: A very convenient feature, the "store had everything we needed at reasonable prices," allowing guests to stock up on essentials without leaving the park.
  • Lake Access for Fishing: The park provides "lake access," enabling guests to fish directly from the property, as evidenced by successful catches.
  • Wi-Fi Access: Wi-Fi is available, though one review notes it can be "spotty, especially in the lower site areas."
  • Well-Kept Grounds: The campground is described as "well kept," indicating good overall maintenance and cleanliness.

It's important for prospective visitors to note the limited dog-friendly areas due to the "98% medium to large size rock" terrain, meaning "very few places for dogs to go to the bathroom." Pet owners should be prepared for this specific challenge.

Features / Highlights

Black Oak RV Park boasts several compelling features and highlights that contribute to a memorable and enjoyable experience for RVers, especially families, in the Missouri Ozarks.

Promotions or Special Offers

Publicly available information from the provided customer reviews for Black Oak RV Park does not explicitly detail any ongoing promotions or special offers. RV parks typically structure their pricing based on daily, weekly, and sometimes monthly rates, with longer stays often providing a more cost-effective option per night.

However, it is always a good practice for prospective campers to inquire directly about any potential discounts or deals when contacting the park. While not guaranteed, some possibilities that private RV parks might offer include:

  • Extended Stay Discounts: Many RV parks provide reduced rates for weekly or monthly stays compared to booking individual nights. Given that some guests plan return trips ("already planning our next trip back!"), this could be a common offering.
  • Off-Peak Season Rates: Prices might be lower during less popular times of the year, such as late fall, winter, or early spring, especially if the primary draw of Table Rock Lake is less active.
  • Holiday Weekend Packages: While a review mentions a "Memorial Day Weekend" stay, which is typically a peak-rate period, some parks might offer specific packages for extended holiday weekends that bundle amenities.
  • Return Guest Incentives: For those who "are already planning our next trip back," it's worth asking if there are any loyalty programs or discounts for repeat visitors.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on rates, availability, and any potential offers that might be applicable to your visit, the best approach is to contact Black Oak RV Park directly using the phone numbers provided. Stayed April 10 - 13, 2025. Overall experience was good. Nice campground, quiet and well kept. Some things to consider: 1: There is no shower house. 2. Restrooms are only open until 8:00 pm. 3. The campground is 98% medium to large size rock. There are very few places for dogs to go to the bathroom. Definitely not dog friendly. 4. Wi-Fi is spotty, especially in the lower site areas. 5. Sites and drive lanes are asphalt, but not very level. You must use their boards between the asphalt and your equipment.

We had a lengthy stay at Black Oak RV Park. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. It is a large, clean park with pull through and back in spaces. They can accommodate large Rigs and are dog friendly. There is a picnic table and fire pit at every site. Great WiFi. They have a very nice salt water pool. There is a convenience store with great ice cream and other items you might need. Baxter Marina is just down the road. There is a bait shop next door. They have nice walking trails. It is a nice location to see the sites, Branson, Dogwood Canyon, Silver Dollar City, etc. Black Oak Amphitheater is next door as well to catch a concert. When RV’ing in this area, Black Oak RV Park is our first choice. Thank you Black Oak!
