In the bustling and beautiful Galveston Bay area, finding an RV resort that consistently delivers on its promises of quality and service is invaluable.

RV parks, in their essence, are designed to accommodate the unique lifestyle of recreational vehicle owners, offering essential utilities and a range of facilities. However, a "resort" takes this a step further, aiming to provide an elevated experience with enhanced amenities, a focus on guest satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere. The discerning RVer seeks a place that not only meets their practical needs but also enriches their stay, whether they're passing through for a few days or settling in for an extended period.

Brickhouse RV Resort consistently receives strong recommendations from its guests, highlighting its commitment to being a high-quality establishment. Reviewers praise its status as a "Nice, well-maintained campground," emphasizing its cleanliness and security. The "very friendly staff" and "reasonable rates" are frequently mentioned, along with its "Good location to local attractions and amenities." Guests appreciate the "small, but nice, heated pool" and the convenience of a "fishing dock." The laundry facilities are noted for being plentiful and functional. While some guests experienced issues with Wi-Fi signal strength and expressed a desire for pull-through sites for longer rigs, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many confidently stating they "Can definitely recommend." The resort’s proactive approach to maintenance, quick response to reported issues, and excellent customer service further solidify its reputation as a local jewel among RV parks, catering primarily to tourists and those looking to explore the vibrant Kemah area.

The resort's address provides excellent accessibility to the very best of the Texas Gulf Coast.

Marina Bay Drive is a key local thoroughfare that provides direct access to the resort. Crucially, the resort's location means it is "Good location to local attractions and amenities." As of the publicly available information, specific, explicit promotions or time-limited special offers for Brickhouse RV Resort are not detailed within the provided customer reviews. However, like many well-regarded RV resorts that cater to both tourists and longer-term guests, it is common for them to have various pricing structures and potential incentives. Given its location in a popular coastal tourist area, here are typical types of promotions or considerations that might be available:

  • Loyalty Programs: For a resort that aims for repeat visitors, a loyalty program or repeat guest discount might be in place, though this would require direct confirmation.

Nice, well-maintained campground. Very friendly staff. The rates are very reasonable. Good location to local attractions and amenities. Clean and secure. Has a small, but nice, heated pool and a fishing dock. Plenty of coin-op laundry machines that work well. Wish they had pull-through sites for easier parking with longer rigs, but it's workable. And the Wi-Fi signal could stand to be stronger. It tends to give out a lot, so I'd suggest coming prepared with a backup mobile hotspot. Good water pressure and other connections. Overall, we were not dissatisfied during our week-long stay. Can definitely recommend.

Very professional and helpful. Well maintained and serviced. Laundry costs $5 a load to wash and dry in 2024. The park was well kept during our stay. I visited with my wife and parents on vacation. The pool was well maintained. Maintenance and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the bathrooms clean. They bill your rent and electricity automatically via card on file if you sign consent forms, which was convenient. There were a lot of ants and ant beds around my lot on arrival. It seemed they did not treat for ants. There were restaurants and a bar within a quarter mile. Many people rode golf carts or bicycles to get around locally. The outdoor porch furniture was very moldy between the creases in cushions and under the cushions outside the bathrooms. They were fast to clean up and correct broken or damaged things when told about it. One bathroom on the corner had a persistent keypad that did not work. Packages and mail were available for pickup in the office. There was an on-site rv supply store in the office. Amazon, FedEx, and UPS would deliver right to your door. They did not appear to like to air condition the bathrooms. Humidity control was an issue in the baths. Clear Lake Shores Police seemed extra active on the road in front of the park. They gave out a lot of tickets. I heard from others that the tickets were high. It seems their patrol area was only three blocks. They were most active on Marina Bay Drive and Hanson Road. I got a ticket during my time there. It was over $300. That's a lot. This area was also patrolled by Galveston County Sheriff. They came driving into the park very quickly at one point by mistake for an emergency at the park next door. On more than one occasion, they came into the park and parked at a cabin or in an empty rv slot and stayed either for a few minutes or overnight, but that was rare. The park was next to another rv park, which sold propane tanks and allowed exchanges on site for $25 exchange or $67 tank purchase, and refill. This park does not supply propane on site, but USA RV Resorts next door did. They only had one dumpster, so it would sometimes overflow. Local trash service was quick to clean it up completely on trash day. Overall, it is more expensive than some similar area parks but great customer service, helpful and understanding office staff, location excellent, amenities excellent, and many major retailers and restaurants within walking distance. They took good care of this location. Maintained and inspected regularly. Repairs are usually completed quickly for issues reported. There was one bathroom that never unlocked on the corner by the vending machine. We stayed one month. The grandparents loved the local restaurants and Kemah Boardwalk. This place was a local jewel among rv parks and very accommodating. The cabins were very nice, too, as other guests told us. This park catered primarily to tourists and people visiting for local attractions. My visit was in mid summer 2024.

I stayed in this park for a year and I loved it. Ali, the manager is wonderful! He is very kind, laid back, and if there's ever a problem, he takes care of it immediately. The park is well maintained and has very clean restrooms, laundry area, dog park, and pool. The price is also the best in the area. It is just a few minutes from two shopping centers and there are several restaurants/ bars within walking distance. I HIGHLY recommend this park whether you're looking for a short or long term RV place!!

What a wonderful place ! The manager Lee, is awesome.. a lot people come here because of him… my neighbor Mike in Park Model next to me, told me the same.. it is how he found this place. This is my 3rd visit for 2022 , brought my RV twice and this time rented the Park Model home. ABP & very clean the best prices in Kemah/Clear Lake Shore area. The RV spots are slab and excellent sewer system with the right attachment in the drain area. The electric is very reasonable even for the summer. The breezes blow, it is so nice. Local venues everything one could want or need nearby. I highly recommend this Resort as it is worth every penny. Enjoyed my stay , will miss everyone. Teresa
