I've lived in Parker MHC for 17 years and I love it. I feel safe here. My neighbors are kind and hard working people. They are mainly families with small kids, so you need to drive carefully. I absolutely reccomend it.
Quiet, out of the way, low crime. Pictures of Mansion and pool are not from Parker MHC, may be Southfork Ranch, but definitely not Parker MHC. Have some New Septic Systems. Near a large field and Church. Can see 4th of July Fireworks from South Fork Ranch, Plano, Richardson and Mc Kinney. A few new homes moved in that are for sale. No visitor parking available. People just usually park on the fire line. Kids play well, no playground. Low income area. Lots of Spanish speaking, Plano Schools.
