I’ve lived here for almost 20 years and there’s always an issue with the office. I should be able to come to the office Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm and someone be available in office with the door unlocked as that’s the set hours for this business. I was told the pool was open so we got ready went down there and it’s locked. Then I started to walk to the office as the manager was outside on the back porch of the office then went in. I went to go in and she has the door locked and won’t answer the door I even called 8-10 times knowing she was in the office and she ignored the calls. I think it’s extremely disrespectful as a long time resident to not be able to talk to a single person that works here. We pay for this pool and it’s always closed we pay for the management to be paid and instead we get ignored as residence? Make that make sense. I’ve been very friendly but if I’m paying money for way over a decade to live in this community then we should be getting some kind of enjoyment out of this mobile home park. I could complain about a lot more but I want use out of what the entire community here is paying for or there needs to be a change where people can opt out of paying for the pool costs. People can choose to pay for bands and if people don’t want the pool experience we barley get anyways then we should have to pay for it. Its 2:10pm the pool should be open and the office should be open .

Me and my roommates moved here back in November, and it feels like ever since we got here, we have not been welcomed. Within the first 2 months the new management tried to evict us 3 times because the money orders got lost on THEIR SIDE, and they tried to blame us and charge us again. Now, we get charged smaller fees all the time for minor things with no warning at all. they just leave a note on your porch and run away, charging you. for example, this week trash came on Tuesday like usual, but the recycling didn’t come until later in the day. we ended up keeping our recycle bin out (not even in the street) and they woke up at 7 in the morning to take a picture of it. we put the bin away around 12 when we got up and thought nothing of it. the next day they sent us a fine for leaving it out, with picture attached (they even whited out the time the photo was taken!!)

The worst community park ever. Rent is too high! My neighbors complain as well. They'll try to fine you for everything. Especially with the new lady manager. I'm new to the park and trying to get out. Saving you guys from making the same mistake. So many stray cats running loose all over the park. The only thing I like is that they do have a pool and a play ground but everything else, forget about it.Trust me when I say that any 4 or 5 ratings with positive feedback are the same people running the park just to get their ratings up. Notice how they only reply to positive feedback.

I moved here a month ago and love it here. Lots of grass. Feels like the country.😍 It's been a couple of weeks since I posted . My husband and I love it here. I think the people who give bad reviews don't realize all the work Management is doing. So clean up your yard. Fix some of your own stuff. And help us make it a park we can all be proud of.

Not safe. Not even a year here yet and already planning to move, my car was vandalized and someone came to our door while my niece was at home by herself when someone came asking for the head of household threatening to turn off the electricity and NOT from our power company. I feel so unsafe and have a lot to lose if someone breaks into our house, I think someone was scoping our place out. It’s only been 9 months and already feel unsafe.
