Hidden Acres RV Park is ideally situated at 10364 Co Rd 740, Princeton, TX 75407, USA. This location places it within the growing and vibrant community of Princeton, a city in Collin County, just northeast of the bustling Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The park's setting on County Road 740 provides a rural, quiet atmosphere while still ensuring excellent accessibility to major roads and nearby towns, offering the best of both worlds for RVers.
A significant advantage of Hidden Acres RV Park's location is its close proximity to Lake Lavon. The park backs up to a conservation area that extends directly to the lake, providing easy access for those who wish to enjoy fishing, boating, or simply the serene views of the water. For Texans who love lakeside activities, this direct connection is a major draw, allowing for spontaneous adventures without extensive travel.
While the park offers a peaceful escape, it is not isolated. Although described as "a ways to town," the commute to Princeton is relatively short, offering access to essential services. For more extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment options, larger towns like Wylie, McKinney, and Plano are within a 20 to 30-minute drive. This means residents and visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the park and then easily venture out for supplies or entertainment without encountering heavy traffic on the way to town, a significant benefit for RVers who prefer less congested routes.
The accessibility to major roadways ensures that Hidden Acres RV Park is convenient for travelers coming from various parts of Texas or even out of state. Its location strikes a fine balance: providing a serene retreat from city noise while keeping urban conveniences and popular attractions, such as those in the greater Dallas area, well within reach. This strategic positioning makes Hidden Acres an excellent base for exploring North Texas or simply enjoying a quiet, prolonged stay.

Based on the publicly available information, Hidden Acres RV Park does not explicitly advertise ongoing promotional offers or special discounts. Like many well-regarded RV parks, particularly those that focus on long-term stays or high customer satisfaction, their appeal often lies in consistent quality, excellent service, and desirable location rather than transient discounts.
However, prospective guests and long-term residents are always encouraged to directly contact the park management. When inquiring, it's advisable to ask about current rates, any seasonal specials, or potential discounts for extended stays. RV parks sometimes offer reduced weekly or monthly rates compared to daily rates, which could be beneficial for those planning a longer visit to the Princeton area or using the park as a temporary base in North Texas. Additionally, always inquire about any specific policies regarding deposits, cancellations, or pet fees.
Given the personalized service highlighted in reviews, direct communication with Paul or Scott (the manager) is likely the best way to understand all available options and ensure you receive the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information for your specific needs.
