Services Offered: Setting Up for Comfort and Stability

Aurora Gardens RV Park & Tiny Homes provides a range of services designed to ensure comfortable living for both RVers and tiny home residents. While the park is primarily focused on long-term stays, the services cater to daily living needs.

  • Full Hook-up RV Sites: The park offers sites equipped with full hookups, typically including 30 and 50 amp electric service, water, and sewer connections, ensuring all essential utilities are readily available for RVs.
  • Tiny Home Lots: Dedicated lots are available for tiny homes, often with necessary utility connections, providing a stable foundation for a compact living space.
  • Utilities Included (Varies by Agreement): While specifics can vary, some arrangements for tiny home or long-term RV sites may bundle utilities, offering a predictable living cost. (Note: A past review mentioned issues with utility payment/pickup, so it's critical to confirm current policies directly with management).
  • Quiet Environment: The park aims to provide a quiet atmosphere, often appealing to those seeking a peaceful residential setting.
  • Management Presence: An on-site or readily available management team (such as "new owners" described as "nice and caring") is key for addressing resident needs and maintaining park standards.
  • Trash Service: Essential for any residential community, regular trash pickup services are expected. (Note: A past review mentioned issues with trash pickup, so current status should be verified).

Features and Highlights: Living Comfortably in a Quiet Community

Aurora Gardens RV Park & Tiny Homes is designed with features that highlight its residential appeal and commitment to a peaceful living environment.

  • Quiet and Nice Atmosphere: Consistently mentioned as a positive, the park maintains a tranquil ambiance, which is a major draw for residents seeking peace and quiet.

Promotions or Special Offers

For a park like Aurora Gardens RV Park & Tiny Homes, which caters significantly to long-term residents, promotions often come in the form of competitive monthly rates and transparent utility agreements rather than short-term discounts.

Potential guests should inquire directly about:

  • Monthly RV Site Rates: These are typically the most economical option for extended stays, often requiring a commitment for a certain period.
  • Tiny Home Lot Lease Rates: For those with their own tiny homes, the cost of leasing a lot and associated utility arrangements will be a key consideration.
  • Utility Inclusions/Exclusions: It's crucial to clarify exactly what utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash) are included in the monthly rate and what might be billed separately. Given a past negative review about water leak charges and trash issues, a clear understanding of current billing practices and responsibilities is paramount.
  • Deposits or Application Fees: Information on any required security deposits or application fees for long-term residency.

As always, direct communication with the management is the best way to get the most accurate and up-to-date information on pricing structures and any available resident incentives.

If I could give this park a zero I would. I lived there for 5 years and lamp light took over in December and the park went downhill . I had a water leak that I was told there was no leak that they would just watch and refused to fix for a month and in return turn caution damage to my tiny home. The water leak was on their main line. I was totally disrespected in my yard and told I need to stay in my yard and in my house and not to speak to my neighbors. I was told that I was going to be charged for the leak $2700 and I don’t like it I can move so after dealing with sewer smell, water leaks, trash not being paid and picked up and the total lack of respect for the people who live at the park I moved my tiny home and I would never recommend anyone to move there under Lamplights management.

Under new management lamplightrv.com. worst management company I have ever dealt with. They took over in December, cut out pest control, lawn service, and maintenance. Washer and dryers went out, they will not replace, will not give electric bills, lots of underground water leaks that flood sites refuse to fix, discontinued trash, raccoons and rats now inhabit and septic turned off non functioning.

We went here for cub scouts camping and it was very nicely maintained. The trip was only for the weekend. Something happened with the water and we had to leave early, but that's understandable. Great place.

Love love this the best of both worlds,, you have the lake and you have privacy... your yard area is nice and big.. they are still working on making it better.. at the end when they are done it is going to be beautiful.. the owners and management are the best... and it has a big dog park for our furry babies.. it is still in the working. But what they have said what they are doing g it's going to wonderful..
